Among so many distractions in our daily lives in highly ego-driven environments, alongside being attached to technology and social media 24/7, we may become prone to finding ourselves “not enough” by negative thoughts and discouraging self-talk.

When this happens, we can ask ourselves two simple questions: Is it true? Am I certain that it is true? Questioning your thinking may help realize that whatever your irrational mind makes you think is not the truth. Once you become aware and accept who you are meant to be, what you really are, and stop wanting something more, there is no more need to worry.

As Robert Thurman says “Materialistic habits of thought reduce the mind to matter and eliminate the soul.”
